Processing Time
All items are handmade. If a product is not currently in stock, please allow 3–4 business days for production before it is shipped.

 

Shipping

• Local Pickup: Available from Ramat Gan by appointment only. Please contact me via email or Instagram to schedule.

• Locker Delivery via Done: Nationwide shipping is available through Done lockers at a flat rate of 30 ILS. Delivery time is up to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
   

Returns & Exchanges – Free and Easy

• Return Period: Up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Via Done Lockers: Returns through Done lockers are available at a cost of 30 ILS, which will be refunded together with the product refund.

• Via Registered Mail: Returns must be sent in a sealed envelope with tracking. The return address will be provided by email.
   

Please note: Marcia is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued for items that are successfully returned.
 

Custom-made or personalized items, including pieces not listed on the website, cannot be returned or exchanged.
